The Bourne Ultimatum the final part of the story of Michael Bourne (Matt Damon). Paul Greengrass returns in the directors chair for the final part of the Bourne Trilogy. The story continues from where the Bourne Supremacy left off with Michael Bourne still trying to discover more about his past and uncover more about operation Treadstone. With government assassins working under operation BlackBriar an upgrade of Treadstone Michael Bourne must again fight to protect himself as uncovers secrets of his pass. As the story unfolds Bourne goes deeper and deeper into his past going right back to his original training under operation Treadstone. Paul Greengrass uses fast cutting and camera angles to put the viewer right in the action. As a sequal and final installment of the Bourne story. Bourne Ultimatum holds up to the image and style of the Bourne series. In my opinion Bourne Ultimatum works well as an installment of the trilogy but also stands up well by itself.
