V for Vendetta (2006)
|
A good film to be sure showing a possible outcome to the direction the world is taking at the moment with britain controlled by a facist government controlling the people with fear. Hugo Weaving does a brilliant job as V however Natalie Portman is less convincing as Evey with a very poor and forced British accent. You can tell that the screenplay was written by the brothers who created the matrix with martial arts and witty dialogue! Brits may like to turn away at the end but this is an enjoyable film and I reccomend it to all! Review by Jonathan Little
